Informational use

order processing

We have concluded an order processing contract (AVV) with the above-mentioned provider. This is a contract required by data protection law, which ensures that the personal data of our website visitors is only processed according to our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

CleanTalk

We use the "CleanTalk" service, which protects the website from spam. The use takes place on the basis of our legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

For security reasons and to protect against spam, your data will be processed in the CleanTalk Cloud Service and stored in log files for a maximum of 45 days. After expiry of the specified period, this data will be completely deleted. CleanTalk may use information about IP or email address spam activity to provide adequate anti-spam protection for all websites connected to its service.

SSL and/or TLS encryption

The legal basis for processing if you have provided your consent is Art. 6 (1) a) GDPR. If your enquiry was made in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, the legal basis is also Art. 6 (1) b) GDPR. We only use the data to process and respond to your enquiry.

Duration of storage

We process and store your data for as long as is needed for processing or compliance with statutory requirements. When the purpose for which the data is processed no longer exists, your data will be blocked or erased. If statutory obligations to store the data exist, we will block or erase the data upon expiry of the obligatory storage periods.

You have the following statutory rights vis-à-vis us regarding your personal data:

    As the data subject, you have the right to obtain information from us regarding whether we process personal data concerning you.
